Our New Home
Farm Arts Collective has incredible news! We are the residents of a modern new barn on Willow Wisp Organic Farm. Our new Agri-Cultural Center will provide year-round programming in a flexible education and theatre venue, with modern ADA bathrooms, and offices designed to give Farm Arts Collective a permanent home for programs in Farming, Art, Food, and Ecology. Designed by Jeffrey McMahon Design + Build, we have launched a Capital Campaign to help support the build out and establish a “home fund.”
For 5 years, Farm Arts Collective operated out of a plastic greenhouse on the farm. This was the perfect place to affordably incubate Farm Arts Collective, but the organization has matured to the point that it needs a permanent space to provide an inviting environment for learning, agriculture, and the arts.

$250,000 Goal
To date, we have raised $130,000 with $120,000 to go!
The capital campaign, thus far, has funded the build-out of a fully-equipped theatre and educational venue including ADA-compliant bathrooms, storage, and an office. When all the funds are raised, we will have purchased a state of the art lighting and sound system, theatre curtains and a flexible, tiered audience seating system. We will also amass a “home fund” to secure our occupancy costs for the next 4 years. The new space offers immense potential to expand our work and cement our reputation as a thriving Agri-Cultural center for our community while contributing to the local economy landscape.
We seek major donors in our community who are able to make a substantial gift so we can finish this campaign in 2025. Contact us.

The opportunity to operate a permanent building on our farm year-round is going to provide huge possibility for growth and expansion in all our public programming. Now we can be a 4-season operation which will increase our activities from 6 months to 12 months, which will in turn, increase programmatic income as well. The new building provides us with the opportunity to invite our community to a beautiful welcoming ADA accessible space situated on a working Wayne County farm, promoting local agriculture, community connection, and creative resiliency.
Farm Arts Collective also hopes to attract new visitors and be a welcome addition to the growing Agri-Tourism landscape of Wayne County honoring the
vast farming history that defines the traditions and culture of our community.
“Amazing new and welcoming space. Terrific inaugural programming and such vision for the moment and the future as always. Congratulations to you and your fine collective of colleagues, Tannis. Our communities are so blessed to have you all gathered, growing with authenticity in magnificent collaboration with the world. Best wishes for another successful farming and arts season. Continue to make magical entertainment grounded in depth. Farm Arts brings people together.”
With admiration, Lisa L
