Farm Days: Cut Flower Production & Design

Join Flower growers Tannis Kowalchuk and local guest grower-designers for a tour around the flower field on Saturday, August 21 at 9:00am.  Participants will cut and design their own creations with growing and designing tips from the experts. Farm Days: Wild Roots Fiber Workshop

Let’s get in touch with the process of what goes into our beautiful wool clothing!  We will start by meeting the three heritage breeds on the farm and learn about different types of wool. Then we move into washing, carding and spinning the wool into yarn.
