Farm Days: Flower Growing & Arranging

Get artistic! Cut and build your own bouquet. Willow Wisp Organic Farm’s flower producer, Tannis Kowalchuk, takes participants into her flower field for an in depth tour of the flower varieties that she grows for the cut flower trade. A hands on experience in fermentation including the chemistry, health benefits, and a practical how-to-make classic and unique fermentations from cabbage to kombucha, kimchi to kvaas.
